We currently deliver throughout San Francisco, San Jose, Oakland, Berkeley, Fremont, Palo Alto, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, Hayward, San Mateo, Redwood City, Walnut Creek, Concord, and Danville, and across Marin, Alameda, Contra Costa, Santa Clara, and San Mateo counties. How does delivery scheduling work?

We build a delivery window around your program's day — drop-off, naptime, and pickup for preschools and daycares, or your lunch periods for schools. We confirm a schedule during onboarding and adjust it as your program's needs change.

Can you deliver to multiple sites for the same program?

Accepted Answer

Yes — if your school or center has multiple locations, we can coordinate delivery schedules across sites as part of the same program.

What if my headcount changes week to week?

Accepted Answer

That's common with preschools and daycares especially. We work with each program to set a simple weekly headcount and confirmation process, with flexibility for last-minute changes.
