Can I order Tiny Tiffins meals directly as a parent?

Meals come to your child through your school's program, so the school has to be set up with Tiny Tiffins first. Once it is, you order in the family portal: your school gives you a school code, you add your child, and you pick meals from the school's menu. If your child's school doesn't offer Tiny Tiffins yet, the fastest path is to have your school's director or administrator reach out to us.

How do I pay for meals?

It depends on your school's billing model. Some schools pay Tiny Tiffins directly, so there is nothing for you to pay. Others choose family-paid billing, and you pay for your child's meals by card in the family portal when you place the order.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Yes, up to your school's ordering deadline. If you cancel a meal you have already paid for, the amount comes back as Tiny Tiffins credit you can use on future orders.

How do I know what my child is eating each week?

Your school's menu is in the family portal, and your school shares it in advance too. You can also see a sample week on our menu page to get a feel for the kind of meals we serve.

What if my child has a food allergy?

Tell your school's administrator so it gets added to your child's on-file allergy and dietary information. That's what our kitchens use to prepare safe, appropriate meals for your child at every service.

My child is a picky eater. Will they actually eat this?

Menus are developed and adjusted based on what kids actually finish, not just what looks balanced on paper. It won't be a 100% match for every child, but the goal is real food that gets eaten.
